Plumes of smoke fill the air after fire tears through New Jersey warehouse

BELLEVILLE, New Jersey (WABC) -- A fire burning at a warehouse in New Jersey filled the area with plumes of smoke.

Flames started at the warehouse off Cortlandt Street in Belleville around 3 p.m. Sunday.

Firefighters had to go into defensive mode, fighting the fire from outside the building, as the flames were massive.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
